Upon received of Annie’s new book, one of so many dishes, the “Sweet and Sour Pork” which reminds me my teenage time. Meanwhile my son, Jesse’s friends (10 persons) came to my home yesterday. As usual I cook dinner for them, I choose, follow and cook “Sweet and Sour Pork” with a pan! It comes out very delicious and I would say no where else you can find it out but cook at home with Annie’s book. All these young men and girls including myself enjoy with this dish so much. There for I specially explained to all these young men and girls that is “Annie牌咕嚕肉”!
這裡的魚我選用了 活的 "厚唇細鱗" 魚鮫 + 魚腩, 她的魚味香,甜不會被咖哩味奄蓋而肉質又好滑.
A small tin of French lobster soup touched with Black Truffle mixed with fresh Pumpkin as a basic sauce + pan fry Tiger Prawn garnished with green coriander and pepper to serve.

Every year this time (August – September) is a high season for picking of many varieties of wild mushrooms. I cooked many times before but with out any photo. This year I have received so many wild mushrooms from my Main Land friends who are knows I love cooking. So I have cooked Soup and Italian Rice as photo (1) and a dish of Chinese Rice Noodle as photo (2). Wishing you happy cooking – James Wong
